                                         Sentinel’s Responsibilities

                                                       for the

                                  Ohio Association Of Agricultural Educators

The Sentinel will be responsible for:

1. Serving on the Foundation Board
2. Chairing the ________________________ committee.
3. Coordinate and conduct all social/hospitality rooms in conjunction with the executive secretary
   1. Contact sponsors
   2. Arrange food/refreshments for the event
   3. Arrange entertainment
4. Giving invocations at all OAAE gatherings.
5. Gathering door prizes for all conferences/events/regional meetings hosted in Ohio.
6. Send thank you notes to door prize donors for all conferences and events.
7. Work with the mentoring program to build awareness to the students at OSU and Wilmington.
8. This position will be elected yearly.
